Maxine Gregson

Maxine is a North London based printmaker and artist. After many years as a commercial graphic designer, she followed her passion and began creating limited edition screen prints. Her pieces combine photo collage, graphical elements, grids and typography. Often inspired by lyrics music and literature, she uses vintage photographic elements mixed with new imagery and elements to create new realities. Her print work draws on her love of mixing typography and grid structures with architecture, landscapes and photographic elements. She often combines and blends vintage and retro with current imagery to create new realities. The CMYK printing process she uses helps merge old and new elements together.
